Liberal Democrats gain from Conservative

A by-election was held for the Newlyn and Goonhavern division of Cornwall Council on 28 July 2016 following the resignation of Conservative Cllr Lisa Shuttlewood due to ill health.

Maggie Vale gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
